Servings: 2
Prep time: 6 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp of Yaygit Organic Hacoco Nut Butter
2 ripe pears, diced and peeled (Note: For extra fiber, leave skin on pears and add 1/2 cup fresh raspberries.)
1 1/2 cup soy milk (or alternate milk of your choice)
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 tsp raw maple syrup
1/2 cup water
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 °F.
-
In a small bowl, combine together desiccated coconut and maple. Mix well, and bake in oven for 5-7mins till lightly brown*. Remove from oven when ready. (*Note: Don't take your eyes off them, or they might burn.)
-
Place diced pears (and raspberries, if desired) in a pot with water and simmer on low heat until soft and reduced/boiled down. Set aside.
-
Combine chia and alternative milk with 2 Tablespoons of Yaygit Organic Hacoco Nut Butter. Stir until chia is coated with liquid. Let stand for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. (Note: Take your time, be mindful, and put some good energy into your stir. You're nourishing your body with love and intention.)
- Divide chia mix equally between two glass bowls, top with stewed pears, cover with toasted coconut, and drizzle each bowl with 1 Tbsp of Yaygit Organic Hacoco Nut Butter. Enjoy!
